All eScooters purchased from Scoots come with our Warranty Concierge Service at no cost. We have agreements with various brands for on-site warranty repair. But, if the manufacturer requests the scooter be shipped back, we handle all of the packaging and shipping. We’ll also provide a loaner scooter (if available).
